Job Description
EPS is seeking a full-time remote Customer Service Executive. You will manage customer inquiries, process orders, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction while collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English with an American accent; both written and oral.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service, preferably with luxury brands.
- Proficient in handling customer complaints in the retail e-commerce sector.
- Experience in processing orders and logistics in retail e-commerce.
Additional Details:
- 12 months contract; fully remote (candidates within Metro Manila).
- Night shift; devices provided; pay up to Php100,00.00/month.
