OVA Virtual is seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to support our growing eCommerce business in the United States. We require candidates with a minimum of 5 years of customer service experience specifically in eCommerce and proficiency in Zendesk. Strong communication skills, confidence in handling inquiries via phone, email, chat, and SMS, and a commitment to a 40-hour weekly schedule are essential.
Your role will include providing exceptional support, data management, and CRM updates while ensuring client satisfaction.
