- Prepare financial statements for the branch.
- Assist on monitoring employees and lead day-to-day responsibilities.
- Recruit and interview new employees.
- Assist with customer service to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
- Ensures operational service levels are met for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform regular engagement with operational team leaders and maintain staff morale
