Duties and Responsibilities:
- Understand the overall concept of the company, including the brand, policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties, providing clerical and administrative support to the HR Manager/Executives.
- Help prepare various weekly and monthly reports as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or equivalent.
- A Memorandum of Agreement from your school is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well in teams.
- Willing to work on-site in BGC, Taguig, and can join ASAP.
