Summary:
As a Customer Service New Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our brand. Your role is vital in building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
Assist customers with order processing, returns, and exchanges.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
Stay updated on product knowledge and service offerings to provide accurate assistance.
Participate in training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; some college experience is a plus.
Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Proficient in using computers and customer service software.
A positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
