Testing Activation and Escalation

Job Description
Position Overview:
As a Testing Activation and Escalation Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the testing lifecycle, activating test cases, and escalating issues to ensure product quality and timely delivery. You will work closely with development and QA teams to identify potential risks and implement effective testing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Activate and execute test cases for various software releases.
Collaborate with QA teams to ensure thorough coverage of testing scenarios.
Monitor test results and escalate critical issues to appropriate teams.
Act as a liaison between development, QA, and product management to resolve escalated issues promptly.
Analyze testing processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
Develop and maintain testing documentation, including test plans and reports.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on testing objectives and timelines.
Participate in regular stand-ups and project meetings to provide updates on testing status.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or a related role.
Strong understanding of testing methodologies and tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
