Job Description

Join Our Team as a Business Development Manager with Thai!

We are an innovative company committed to expanding our reach and establishing strategic partnerships. We are looking for a passionate and driven individual to join us as Business Development Manager. This critical role will focus on increasing our market presence and building strong client relationships within Thaispeaking regions.

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and sustain strong client relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction and customer loyalty.
  • Promote forex products and services to prospective clients through phone and email communication.
  • Research and analyze market trends to provide clients with valuable insights.
  • Assist clients in opening accounts and trading forex.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Keep accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
  • Actively promote company products and services to agents Introducing Brokers (IBs) and customers.
  • Drive sales growth by identifying potential customers and seeking out agents and IBs.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and implement best practices.

    Skills

    • A degree in Finance Economics Marketing or a related field.
    • 23 years of experience in business development within the Forex FinTech Crypto or related industries.
    • Proficiency in Thai and fluency in English.
    • Knowledge of hedging and liquidity products.
    • Strong understanding of product fundamentals and market structure.
