Job Responsibilities:
- Follow standard operations and procedures.
- Recognize and escalate priority problems.
- Ensure one call resolution prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- Perform basic troubleshooting.
Qualifications:
- With or without BPO experience.
- At least High School Graduate.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
Work Type: Full-time | Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php29,00.00 per month
