Financial/Credit Card Specialist

Job Description
Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial/Credit Card Specialist to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing credit card operations, analyzing financial data, and providing excellent customer support related to credit card products.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of credit card services, including application processing and account management.
Analyze financial data and customer credit reports to make informed decisions regarding credit approvals and limits.
Assist customers with inquiries about credit card products, terms, and account issues, providing exceptional service and support.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies for credit card offerings.
Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to credit card usage and customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies regarding credit card operations.
Work with the finance team to manage budgeting and forecasting for credit card-related activities.
Provide training and support to team members on credit card products and policies.
Qualifications :
2 year College Completed / K-12 Graduate
Minimum of 6 months of Credit Card/Banking or service role (BPO or non BPO)
At least 1 year Call Center Experience
Willing to work onsite
