Pioneer Fitness – With/Without BPO

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing broadband customers.
Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries, issues, and service requests.
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell broadband services.
Meet and exceed individual sales targets through proactive account management.
Assess customer requirements and provide customized broadband solutions.
Conduct regular check-ins and account reviews to ensure customer satisfaction.
Work closely with technical support to resolve customer issues and ensure service quality.
Communicate updates regarding service improvements and new offerings.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and customer preferences.
Utilize market insights to enhance client strategies and recommendations.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, account status, and sales activities.
Prepare and present reports on account performance and customer feedback.
Qualifications:
At least HS Graduate (old curriculum) /SHS Graduate
Technical and Sale is a + factor
With or Without BPO experience
Excellent communication skills
WILLING TO WORK ONSITE
Salary: 21.000,00 ₱ Monthly
