Job Description
Duties/Responsibilities:
Responsibility Includes responding to incoming calls from the customers, answering questions and inquiries, troubleshooting problems, providing information and handling complaints regarding the organization’s products or services
Qualifications:
3rd year College completed – with 5 months below Call Center Representative / Call Center Experience and Up
HS graduate – at least 6 – 12 months Call Center Representative / Call Center Experience
Excellent communication skills
Willing to work onsite
