We are looking for aspiring candidates to join our growing team in our Laguna assignment.

The training will be held in our Main branch, located at 2251 IT Hub, Chino Roces Ave., Makati City. The deployment in the Laguna office will be done after the training.

Our Laguna office is located at Southwoods Office Tower 1, 11th-floor Binan, Laguna.

REQUIREMENTS < MUST > 

  • Graduate of BS in Business Administrator or equivalent
  • With 1 year experience or above is an advantage, open for fresh graduates
  • Proficient in office management systems, procedures and applications (MS Office, Google workspace)
  • Excellent time management skills, ability to multitask and prioritize work.
  • Detail-oriented, problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handle phone calls, emails, correspondence memos, letters, and forms
  • Organize and schedule appointments, plan meetings and take detailed minutes
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports
  • Provide general support and acts as point of contact for internal and external clients
  • Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
  • Coordinate with the administrative officer or admin department in Makati. 
  • Preparing Gate pass/Permits for any INGRESS or EGRESS of any items. 
  • Take over minimal processes for ANY of the Following: Business Permits (BPLO), Fire Clearances, or any requirements for securing permits. 
  • Checking ALL areas inside office, making sure it’s organized. 
     

PEZA Office Permit Process (New/Renewal): 

Preparation & Submission of PEZA Office Certificates: 

  • Occupancy Permit 
  • Annual Inspection Permit 
  • Electrical Permit 
  • Electronic Permit 
  • Mechanical Permit 
  • CTC Fire Safety Inspection Certificate 

Visa Processing: 

  • Visa Processing (End-To-End Process) 
  • Preparation and submission: 
    – Tourist Visa (New/Extension) 
    – Downgrading of Tourist Visa 
    – 9G Working Visa 

DOLE Working Permits for Foreign National (End-To-End Process): 

  • Preparation and submission: 
    – DOLE Alien Employment Permit 
    – DOLE Certificate of Exclusion 

OTHER PEZA RELATED TASKS: 

  • Prepare the process and submission for PEZA Farm-In 8105 
    Note: Those company equipment/property which are directly use for operations only 
  • Prepare the process and submission for PEZA Farm-Out 8106 
    Note: Those company equipment/property which are directly use for operations only 

Government Report & Transactions: 

  • Philhealth Monthly Contributions 
  • Pag-Ibig Monthly Contributions & Loans 
  • SSS Monthly Contributions & Loans 
  • Any transactions related to Governmental Reports
