Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Training Supervisor to lead our training initiatives at SyCipLaw Center. In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation of legal staff training activities, onboarding new employees, and managing summer internships as well as foreign apprenticeship programs. Your duties will also include pre-work training preparations, training implementation and follow-through, maintaining training databases, preparing communication and presentation materials, and other related tasks.
Requirements for this position include a degree in any 4-year course and at least 3 years of solid experience in training functions. Ideal candidates should possess strong organizational and communication skills.
