Email Support Associate

At least 1yr experience in email management
Proficiency with different email management software, preferably Zendesk
Committed and willing to be assigned in any Site.
Flexible in shifting schedules.
Responsibilities:
● Attend to customer enquiries through emails (Zendesk) in a timely and accurate manner
● Stay on top of campaigns and promotional releases
● Communicate customer feedback to internal / external stakeholders to champion new processes to better serve our customers
● Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times
