Schneider Electric is seeking a dedicated and experienced Cell Leader to oversee all aspects of production in our facility located in Rosario, Cavite. Responsibilities include verifying special positions, ensuring processes meet company standards, managing standardized manufacturing methods, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Production as a Line Leader
• Amenable to work on a shifting schedule
