Dispatcher

Checks and monitors the accuracy of all DR/TR attachments such as: COI, Loading checklist, Store out ticket/OTL, Photo copy DR/TR
Assume responsibility for all deliveries or transfers and ensure FIFO and LIFO procedure as per SMYAC schedule
Ensure the sufficient stock level of finished goods for deliveries and also for Advance DR and booking schedule
Guarantee to capture the accurate data on all incoming deliveries for FG/PM
Coordinate with SMYAC trucking contractor in-charge regarding delivery schedule details such as; Truck allocation, Customer’s windows time of acceptance
Responsible for checking Warehouse Zoning Plan for FG/PM
Monitor storage area by organizing floor space: adhering to storage design principles
See to it that proper housekeeping is regularly done, ensuring audit and inspection readiness at all times
Check racking status and map locators update
Coordinates with inventory team on FG and PM issuance, returns and scraps
Perform other duties as assigned
