Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone or written correspondence to address their concerns.
- Resolve customer issues on the first contact whenever possible.
- Match customer demands with our products and services.
- Utilize influencing skills to overcome objections and gain customer buy-in.
- Share crucial information with internal and external clients.
