Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Technical Account Manager to join our team. This role serves as the primary liaison between our clients and internal teams, providing technical support and financial expertise to ensure successful implementation and ongoing management of our financial products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
Qualifications:
At least HS Graduate (old curriculum) / SHS Graduate
With minimum 6 months Customer service representative
Willing to work on site
