TMAX GROUP LIMITED, a Canadian owned company with offices in Hong Kong and Shenzhen, is an aggressive and rapidly growing supplier of Toys and general Sundries (Home Décor, Home Appliances, Seasonal Products and Pet Supplies) to the North America market. Office Administrator
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Performing secretarial and handle personal matters for senior management
- Manage day-to-day administrative support, including maintain employee database, filing, data input and other coordination work
- Back up receptionist duty when needed
- Managing the calendar / diary activity, coordinate the business meeting, conference and appointments
- Organize team schedules, travel, visa application and social arrangements
- Coordinate with external and internal parties on various administrative tasks
- Assists in the company events and outings
- Handle different ad-hoc projects / assignment as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent
- At least 5 years relevant working experience
- Good telephone manner, and able to handle multiple tasks
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Proactive, pleasant, well-organized, good team player, helpful and detail-oriented
- Proficient in ERP system, O365, Google Calendar, MS Office (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing)
- Previous experience in co-working space is advantage
- Good command in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Immediate available is highly preferred
