Accounting Section Manager (46990)

Salary: 80,000 – 120,000
(1 year Contract)

REQUIREMENTS:
-CPA holder is highly preferred
-With at least 15 years of experience in General Accounting.
– Managerial experience (accounting, tax, financial, organizational operation, developing and reviewing accounting policies, annual budget management, training of members, evaluation of group managers).
– Experienced of handling/consulting job-rotation/career development of team members.
– Experienced in observing/review/advice on financial data prepared by team members.
– Experienced in full set of accounting and financial practices (Including cash-related journal entries: Accounts Payable, Receivable, accounting slips, closing journal entries, Preparation of financial statements, and handling accounting audits)
– Financial Analysis Conducting in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making is a key responsibility. This includes cost -benefit analysis, and financial performance reviews.
– Communication with the bank (remittance, check).

RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Supervising the day-to-day operations of the Accounting and Financial group.
– Training, setting goals and evaluating group managers & subordinates.
– Developing, reviewing, and improving accounting system, policies and procedures.
– Coordinating section/company activities and delegating responsibilities to subordinates.
– Coordinating/responding to demands of Headquarters.
– Compiling performance reports and reporting to Treasurer, and President.
– Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.
– Managing schedules and deadlines.
– Ensures that operations adhere to different Gov’t policies and regulations.
– Responds to Tax Investigations.
– Responds to Annual Audit.
