Job Description
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required. Additional certifications such as Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or Certified Application
developer (CAD) are a plus.
Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities modules and functionalities including Incident Management Change Management Service Catalog and Reporting.
Preferably extensive experience with recent ServiceNow releases Experienced in gathering business requirements developing prototypes to validate refine requirements and led
tasks required for implementation and maintenance of ServiceNow applications
Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes frameworks and best practices (ITIL).
Proficiency in JavaScript HTML CSS and other web technologies used for ServiceNow customization and development.
Experience with integration technologies such as REST SOAP and MID Server.
Excellent analytical problemsolving and troubleshooting skills with a keen attention to detail.
Strong communication collaboration and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fastpaced dynamic environment
