Job Description
The Technical Support and End User Services Manager will be the lead onsite technology resource 24/7.
This role will be responsible for managing the onsite Local Support and assure that internal clients receive a high level of support on a daily basis.
This person will serve as an escalation point for critical issues from our user community and manage projects to completion on or ahead of schedule.
A key component of this position is to manage projects and issue resolution expectations by communicating status to the ICT Manager in a timely manner.
Performs full supervision of the ICT Hardware Technical Support Group.
QUALIFICATION:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelors/College Degree in Engineering or equivalent
At least 2 yrs working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Supervisor/Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations/Restaurant or equivalent
Salary: 60.000,00 ₱ Monthly
