Field Specialist
Job Description
GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Ensure accuracy of data verification.
2. Ensure timely collection of all branch accounts
3. Observe C&C protocol and company policies in work delivery.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Verify client data with accuracy and on time.
2. Collect all assigned branch accounts on time.
3. Participate in store initiatives towards increasing client financial awareness and company patronage.
4. Complement store deferred clerk/cashier in client processing.
5. Comply with C&C SOP and company policies.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
-Graduate of any 4-year course/College Level
-With good oral and written communication skills
-Computer literate
-With Driver’s license (Restriction 1-2) and with own motorcycle
-Trustworthy, diligent, self-disciplined, and self-motivated
-Can work even without supervision
-Must be knowledgeable in the geography and demographics of the area.
-Willing to train at Tarlac for 2 weeks
Salary: 15.000,00 ₱ Monthly
