Maintenance Staff
Job Description
Maintenance Staff are responsible for preventative maintenance, daily repairs, and other duties necessary with their skills. The area of their scope includes performing minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, filling gaps on walls etc; checking control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues; installing appliances and equipment. They are also responsible for arranging major repairs, inspecting buildings to ensure that safety regulations are being met, and fixing appliances, plumbing, heating, and wiring.
Salary: 500,00 ₱ Monthly
