Accounting Supervisor
Job Description
An accounting supervisor oversees the accounting team and ensures the accuracy of financial records and reports. Responsibilities include managing daily accounting operations, supervising staff, and providing training and support. The supervisor reviews financial statements, monitors compliance with regulations, and assists in budget preparation.
The role involves ensuring timely processing of invoices, reconciling accounts, and overseeing payroll functions. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is essential for effective reporting and analysis.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with at least 3 years of accounting experience, including supervisory roles. Strong knowledge of taxation processes is necessary, along with excellent organizational and leadership skills. The ideal candidate should be adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision. Preference will be given to those residing in Antipolo, Rizal, or nearby cities.
