Job Posting: TIER 1 SUPPORT AGENT (BILINGÜE: INGLÉS/ESPAÑOL)

Job Summary
We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Tier 1 Support Agent to handle customer interactions via phone, chat, and email in a virtual call center environment. The role includes light troubleshooting, virtual assistant tasks, and navigating customer systems with provided guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide customer support in English and Spanish across phone, chat, and email.
• Perform virtual assistant tasks such as data entry, spreadsheets, etc.
• Navigate customer accounts and systems to resolve issues.
• Document customer interactions accurately.
• Collaborate with team members using tools like Zendesk, Slack, and GSuite.
• Conduct light troubleshooting with guidance.
• Escalate tickets to the Tier 2 Team as necessary.
Requirements:
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong communication skills in both languages.
• Experience in a virtual call center or customer support role.
• Familiarity with Zendesk. Slack and GSuite are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Customer-focused with a commitment to providing excellent service.
Work Environment
Remote position requiring a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
Salary: 40.000,00 ₱ Monthly
