AXA Group has an ambitious strategy to standardize IT services across all entities of the Group for leveraging scale benefits. Workplace services are part of this ambition and mandate is provided to Group Operations (GO). For achieving this, a solid catalogue of modern workplace solutions has been developed in Workplace Global Products department (WGP), covering different sub-domains: workstations, virtual desktop, collaboration and meeting experience. By end of 2026 these solutions should be adopted by 110K users distributed across 45+ operating companies. Apart from drastically improving user experience and security, the target workplace solutions were designed based on public cloud services, enabling AXA to rationalize their IT-investments in on-premises datacenters.

As a member of the One Workplace team, you take responsibility for financially tracking the impact of all Workplace Global Products Portfolio projects, as well investments as productivity savings. Until end of 2026, this includes, but is not restricted to, managing the business case of One Workplace Strategic Program in collaboration with GO Finance contacts.

Your main tasks:

  • Support project managers during project scoping with the cost estimate of identified project deliverables.
  • Track, report and alert on budget consumption of projects during execution.
  • With support of GO Markets, monitor invoicing of business projects (BP) to AXA Entities.
  • Steer identification of service variation and support validation process during budget cycles
  • Maintain volume adoption forecast by entities and feed into yearly budget cycle

Your main tasks regarding One Workplace Program Business Case:

  • Maintain investment overview across multiple funding channels
  • Develop and maintain program business case modules mapping to the different product adoption/standardization initiatives. Translate project events to financial impact. Provide what-if simulations documenting budgetary impact of project options.
  • Run TCO analysis with entities for documenting multi-year financial impact for entities of product adoption.
  • Integrate One Workplace Program Business Case into overall WGP and Strategic Programs Productivity tracking.

Qualifications

Mandatory Technical & Functional expertise

  • Accounting: knowledge of accounting principles, standards and techniques, as well as calculating budgets, cost analysis and reduction, managing cash flow and general ledger.
  • Autonomy: able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision
  • Rigorous and organized. Results-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Manage and prioritize tasks and time efficiently. Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to engage with and manage senior stakeholders across an international footprint
  • Ability to interact with technical experts and with process owners
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel and Power BI
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Preferred Technical & Functional expertise

  • Excellent inter-personal skills and Team-player
  • Familiarity with Workplace IT solutions
  • Knowledge of ITIL disciplines
