Position overview

As a Business Analyst Intern, you will support the Product Team in analyzing business needs, gathering user requirements, and contributing to the development of our Business Intelligence solution. You will work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to enhance our LiDAR-based solutions and help design effective dashboards, reports, and user experiences.

What will be your responsibilities?

Your main responsibilities will be the following:

Collaborate with Product Managers, Sales Engineers and Sales Directors to understand user needs in the space of Data Analytics and Business Intelligence for various industries.

Assist in conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product enhancement.

Analyze user data and feedback to provide actionable insights for product improvements.

Support the design of dashboards and reports and defining key performance indicators (KPIs) for our customers.

Support the transition towards a more data-informed Product Team which would translate in the definition and tracking of KPIs to measure the success of our products

Assist in preparing product documentation such as user journey and user flows

Required Skills for the internship

Strong analytical skills with a keen interest in data analysis and business intelligence.

Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.

Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

A strong interest in technology and innovation, particularly in spatial intelligence or LiDAR applications

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
