Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Lead to support ECS customer migrations to the Private Cloud. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ECS project leadership ensuring smooth transitions by managing complex projects and coordinating with internal and external teams. This role offers the flexibility of 100% remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage ECS customer migration projects to the Private Cloud.
Ensure seamless project and program execution meeting quality and timeline expectations.
Act as a customer advocate understanding and addressing their needs throughout the migration process.
Leverage ECS resources to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and service delivery.
Collaborate with key stakeholders including:
Customer Delivery Engagement (CDE) team
ECS Delivery team
External partners such as hyperscalers and Global Strategic Service Partners (GSSP)
Oversee and coordinate the onboarding of complex infrastructure and application systems.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an ECS Project Lead with a deep understanding of ECS processes and systems.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Experience in managing largescale migrations or cloud integration projects is highly desirable.
