SUMMARYInternational Student Insurance has an immediate opening for a full-time International Customer Service Representative. But we are small enough to care about each team member’s professional development, and to craft a career path tailored to each person’s skills and desires.We are hybrid!Everyone wants flexibility to work from home sometimes – but two days in the office per week sets you up for faster growth and deeper mentorship and more quickly prepares you for future roles.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESJob responsibilities will be varied but will include:Obtain a A1, insurance license within 90 days of being hired (don’t worry, we walk you through it and prepare you well)Communicating with international and study abroad students and the advisors at their schoolsCustomer service phone calls, emails, live chat and other support servicesDay-to-day support of our insurance operationsA variety of other duties related to marketing and supporting our insurance clientsSKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree preferredExcellent communication and computer skillsBilingual or Advanced English required. Chinese/Mandarin preferred.
