Accounting Assistant

Tyvak International is seeking new members to join their team to support space mission development.
Tyvak International is looking for an Accounting assistant (p. time 21h) – protected categories (L. 68/99). The candidate will join the Finance Office and will support the current team in the management of the company.
In detail, the responsibilities include (although not limited to):
- Contribute to the month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and journal entries
- Assist in booking and reconciling company credit cards and related bank statements
- Assist in reconciling employees travel expenses and reimbursements
- Support the preparation of financial statements and regulatory reporting, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards
- Assist with other accounting processes
NOTE: Vacancy is expected to be filled in no more than 30 calendar days from the completion of the hiring process.
Requirements
- Belonging to protected categories (L.68/99) is mandatory
- 2-3 years of previous experience in similar role
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular MS Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of Genya software is a plus
- Familiarity with accounting principles and standards (IT GAAP/US GAAP is a plus)
- Fluent/good English is required (spoken and written)
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team environment.
Other information
- Contract type: temporary contract – 12 months with the possibility of extension.
- Part-time (21 hours per week).
