Middle Technical Business Analyst

What you will doConduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and focus groups.Perform gap analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and feasibility assessments.Create process flow diagrams to identify inefficiencies and optimize processes.Support system integrations, cloud deployments, and data troubleshooting.Align project roadmaps with business objectives and drive process innovations.Manage stakeholder expectations, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.Must haves+3 years of experience as a Technical Business AnalystExperience creating and managing Business Requirements Documents (BRD), including As-Is and To-Be process maps.Expertise in process flow diagrams (BPMN, swimlanes) using Visio, Lucidchart, or similar.Proficient in presenting technical and process information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Strong analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills.Proficient with tools like JIRA, Visio, Lucidchart, and cloud platforms.Nice to havesFamiliarity with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies for process optimization.Exposure to data engineering, machine learning, and AI.Experience with cost-benefit analysis.#J-18808-Ljbffr
