As a Sales Representative your key responsibilities will include:

Sales of Security Equipment: Drive sales growth by promoting toptier security solutions to meet customer needs.
Offering Optimal Security Solutions: Understand client requirements and provide tailored security solutions that ensure maximum protection.
Distributor Network Development: Expand the companys footprint by building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors across the region.
Customer Engagement: Develop lasting relationships with existing customers while seeking new opportunities. Lead presentations manage negotiations and provide exceptional customer support.
Market Research and amp; Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and opportunities translating them into actionable sales strategies.
Sales Planning and amp; Reporting: Develop and implement strategic sales plans delivering on revenue targets while preparing detailed reports for performance tracking.
Technical Support: Provide technical expertise to clients ensuring seamless integration of security systems.
Collaborate in Marketing Projects: Work with marketing teams on promotional initiatives to increase visibility and drive sales.

Requirements:

Experience in Selling Security Solutions: Previous experience in the security or safety solutions industry.
Fluency in Hungarian and English: Strong communication skills in both languages essential for effective collaboration and customer engagement.
Sales and Negotiation Expertise: Proven ability to close deals build relationships and manage client portfolios.
Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the technical security sector and its trends.
Drivers License and amp; Flexibility: Willingness to travel to client locations.
Strong Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and internetbased research.
Financial Understanding: Capability to grasp financial aspects related to sales activities.
High Work Ethic and amp; Proactivity: Strong sense of responsibility persistence and initiative with a resultsoriented mindset.
Educational Background: A degree in economics or a technical field is an advantage.
