Key Requirements:

• A Level 3 qualification in Childcare or equivalent such as BTEC National Diploma or NVQ in Childrens Care Learning and Development.
• Demonstrated experience working with young children in a professional setting.
• Passionate about early childhood development and committed to creating a warm supportive atmosphere.
