Your missions:

Within the Finance team, your missions will be :

Accounting processing of purchasing operations (in support of supplier cycle operations management):

• General and analytical accounting allocation (coding of purchase invoices)
• Invoice entry in the accounting tool
• Management of supplier payment schedules and preparation of invoices for payment
• Lettering and balancing of accounts
• Management of supplier disputes

• Bank entry, bank reconciliations and controls
• Participation in fixed asset management
• Help control, enter and monitor expense reports
• Assistance with monthly reporting (determination of invoices not received, credit notes receivable, prepaid expenses, etc.)
• Assists in auditing accounts
• Administrative work related to the position and participation in the implementation of accounting procedures.

This role is perfect for you if you have/are :

• 3+ years of experience as an Accountant
• Meticulous, high level of attention to detail
• Team player
• Good organizational skills, autonomous, reliable
• Comfortable with the Office suite, including Excel
• Fluent in French AND English
