Main Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.Assist with product questions, technical issues, and order tracking.Manage complaints and provide timely resolutions.Keep customer records updated and collaborate with the team. Your Profile: Native Romanian speaker with C1-level English.Prior experience is an advantage but not required.Willing to move to Sofia and start ASAP.EU citizenship or valid residence card.
