The unique opportunity beckons for a Principal/Senior Consultant-Team Lead for our Netherlands Operational Team, where you can enjoy the flexibility of working from home with only one day per week in the office. Embrace a role that offers a global outlook, collaborating with international teams in Australia, UK, and US, allowing you to work seamlessly amidst diverse cultures and backgrounds. As the Team Lead of the Netherlands Operational Team, you will champion integration and alignment within the global organization while leading multi-jurisdiction programs and delivering consulting services. Engage in business development by facilitating sales and marketing introductions to generate additional business from current clients. Requirements: – 10+ years of experience in clinical development and early drug development. – Broad expertise in diverse clinical documentation including Clinical and Drug Development Plans, Clinical Trial Applications, Pre-INDs, INDs, and more. – International experience and understanding in relevant authorities such as EMA, FDA, Health Canada, Japan. – Fluent in English, German, and/or Dutch. The ideal candidate will relish the opportunity to shape and lead the Netherlands Operational Team while cultivating relationships with a global network.
