SEN Art Teacher Bromley

A unique opportunity has arisen for an SEN Art Teacher to join a creative and inclusive secondary school in Bromley. Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver engaging art lessons tailored to students with diverse learning needs
  • Foster a creative and supportive classroom environment that encourages artistic exploration
  • Collaborate with the SEN team to create and implement personalized learning plans for students
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support individual growth
  • Organize art exhibitions and showcases to celebrate students creative achievements

Experience and Qualifications

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching Art or related subjects particularly to students with special educational needs
  • Strong understanding of differentiated instruction and inclusive teaching strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for fostering creativity in students
  • A clear DBS check
  • Legal right to work in the UK
