Housed in this iconic building where dunes, forest, city, and beach converge, it features 100 hotel rooms, a lobby/bar, the restaurant Suus, and a deli. Independent Recruiters has been exclusively appointed to handle the recruitment for the restaurant team. Therefore, we are looking for a Conference & Events Server! De Plesman, in March 2025, this new hotel and restaurant concept will open in Scheveningen, The Hague. Housed in this iconic building where dunes, forest, city, and beach converge, it features 100 hotel rooms, a lobby/bar, the restaurant Suus, and a deli. Independent Recruiters has been exclusively appointed to handle the recruitment for the restaurant team. Therefore, we are looking for a Conference & Events Server! In this position you will focus on: Welcoming and helping guests in all of our venues. Ensure you are following service standards and operating procedures from the beginning to the end of each order and interaction; Set tables according to type of event and service standards, including types of linens, glassware, plate/chinaware, and silver/flatware, ensuring all supplies meet quality standards; Ensure proper knowledge and usage of the audio visual system; Ensure you have thorough understanding of the Banqueting Sheets. Communicate any changes if necessary. What can you expect?
