Nemak is dedicated to developing technological solutions that make sustainable mobility possible.We are committed to working together across disciplines to drive innovation and to shape the future of automotive lightweighting.Maintenance Head MachObjectiveResponsible for ensuring the correct operation of the company’s equipment, machinery and asset systems, as well as continuous improvement by meeting production, quality and cost requirements through the development and implementation of maintenance strategies, preparation of plans and budgets related to the department’s activities.Main ResponsibilitiesManage corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance activities at the facilities.Plan and coordinate the resources needed to ensure the continuity of operations.Control and determine the refurbishment of machinery.Ensure that human resources have the tools, technical knowledge and skills necessary for the correct execution of maintenance in the areas.Control maintenance costs, ensuring the established budget.Ensure compliance with indicators and analysis of deviations.Develop strategies to reduce downtime in the area.Position RequirementsBachelor’s degree: Mechanical Electrical, Mechatronics Engineer or Mechanical Administrator EngineerAdvanced EnglishKnowledge of 4-5 Axis CNCAnalysis and problem solving (5W+1H, 8D’s, root cause)Technical skills in hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanics, electricity, control and automation and tribology.Knowledge of maintenance methodology: TPM, RCM 2, SMRP, ProgressiveAbility to make decisions and coordinate teamwork.#J-18808-Ljbffr
