Our experience and global scale allow us to offer innovative, sustainable and intelligent solutions to clients around the world.Job DescriptionABOUT YOUR ROLE:Provide product development service and support best in class execution of global product development in alignment with the process and standards established. Responsible for the management of GPD officers assigned to customer teams. The team should demonstrate consistency in all procedures and maintain a high degree of accuracy, responsiveness and flexibility to internal and external customers.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:Oversee the completeness and consistent information flow for new item/program and global product changes from sales force/customer/global coordinator to process owners (business units, production, pre-press, formatting, programming).Supervise a team of GPD Officers, monitor individual GPD Officer daily execution, workload, and performances.Motivate, coach and develop team members for achieving service reliability and quality targets, able to lead a team independently.Coordinate with different functions to ensure timely and consistent availability of samples/proofs/formats/data integrity tests/ink draw downs for global manufacturing sites.Effective communication with manufacturing sites through the First Order Deployment process.Strong sense of urgency and escalation; identify problems and provide solutions.Support Management Projects.Qualifications4-5 years experience in product development and sampling, at least 2 years experience in relevant industry.Strong aptitude in handling details, control and monitoring performance and quality; good adaptability to changes and strong resistance to pressure.Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.Additional InformationAVERY DENNISON IS AN EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY PROVIDER.
