Production Administrator

Job Title: Production AdministratorLocation: Drayton Valley, Alberta (with some remote work flexibility)Company: AirswiftPosition Type: Full-Time (4 days per week, 10-hour days)Job Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will support our production operations, helping track invoices, work tickets, and costs, particularly during our scheduled Turnaround period in September 2025. You will be working in or near Drayton Valley, with occasional remote work (1-2 days per week) based on workload.

Key Responsibilities:Production Accounting Support: Assist in production accounting tasks, leveraging your knowledge of Excel and Word to ensure data accuracy and proper documentation. Cost Tracking and Invoice Management: Track and manage invoices, work tickets, and cost-related data to support smooth operations, especially during high-intensity periods like the upcoming Turnaround in September 2025. Transportation: Utilize a company-provided truck to commute to and from the site, located approximately 30 km west of Drayton Valley.

Remote Work Flexibility: Depending on workload, work remotely one to two days per week (either from home or office). Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the operations and production teams to ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting.

Transportation Support: Company truck provided for commuting to and from the site. Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a 4-day workweek with the potential for remote work based on workload. Qualifications:Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Prior experience in Production Accounting is an asset. Location Requirement: Must reside in or near Drayton Valley or be willing to relocate. Work Schedule: Ability to work a schedule of four days per week, with 10-hour shifts.
