In Mexico, we specialize in delivering high-quality services to sectors such as Automotive, Energy, Aerospace, Telecommunications, and more.We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Project Support Specialist to join our team.The Project Support needs to maintain a strong working relationship with all the managers to accomplish the success for their assigned projects and is primarily focused on purchase order kick off and its timing/Tracking. The Project Support Specialist is also focused on implementation timing and readiness status along with KPI tracking of the equipment.Responsibilities:Project Management Phase:Serve as operational support and escalate roadblocks for MCE and teams.Drives MCE standard compliance and implementation to support program execution.Lead updating and maintaining milestone dates on the Power BI App, Smartsheet tool, KPI tracking.Identify launch costs and track resource onboarding/placement – escalate as required.Collect/create best practices, Lessons Learned, and standard improvement proposals.Physical Phase – Launch Moving into Plant:Support definition & establish scenario of Ramp Up taking into account all launches.Participate in the tracking and documentation of the pilot builds with MCE launch team.Support the implementation of action plans to achieve the targets not achieved of the project.Track/escalate manufacturing issues.Support execution of training plan for MCE team.Basic Requirements:Project Management Skills.Power BI.Microsoft Office.Smartsheets.Processes/Methodologies for KPI tracking/follow up.Knowledge in manufacturing processes.Is a PLUS:FMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis).Benefits:Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision).Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity).Training & Development.Wellness Resources.#J-18808-Ljbffr
