Marketing & Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all marketing campaigns for the company.
• Responsible for the growth of our sales and mange whole marketing activities.
• Develop and execute marketing plans to attract and retain clients.
• Brainstorm ideas for new campaign
• Analyze market trends and client’s feedback.
• BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or related field.
• Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creativity devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate.
• Reviewing progress and success of a campaign, making adjustments or pitching ideas for new campaigns as necessary.
• Proven record of successful sales projects.
• Conducting market research to determine a target audience’s needs, wants, habits or interests.
• Must have an experience in the sale of hardware -Bathroom
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Sales & Marketing.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
• Previous experience of 3-5 years as a Sales & Marketing Executive role is preferred.
• Have the skill to find customer online.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Need to be familiar with ground promotion.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Having a driver’s license will be an added advantage.
