Responsibilities:
- Act as the school’s initial point of contact, receive and route phone
calls, handle emails and respond to inquiries in a timely manner. - Monitor email
correspondence, flag necessary correspondences for attention and action. - Assist in the
admission process of new students. - Communications
& Liaison with Organising and
servicing internal meetings. - Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and other communications to
school’s stakeholders (school administration,
lecturers, students and external agencies). - Data entry and
management of School organizational systems. - Maintain
documents, correspondences and paperwork for reference. - Review and maintain the filing systems of the school ensuring all
documentation is current and accessible. - Perform general
office duties - Manage office supplies, track inventory and place orders for the
school when necessary. - Any other assigned tasks.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration
/ HND Secretaryship and Management Studies or a related field. - Minimum of 2-3 years proven experience in a
similar role. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, Outlook). - Excellent written and verbal communication
skills. - Excellent organizational and time management
skills. - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
effectively. - Attention to detail and a high degree of
accuracy in performing administrative tasks. - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and
collaboratively as part of a team. - Customer service experience.
