We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in the Customs Clearance and Logistics sector. If you’re passionate about logistics, customs regulations, and providing tailored solutions to clients, we want to hear from you! This role is ideal for candidates with up to 3 years of sales experience in a logistics, customs, or supply chain environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
Identify and prospect new clients in the logistics and customs clearance space. Develop and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
Sales Strategy & Target Achievement:
Contribute to the creation of sales plans and strategies, achieving or exceeding monthly and annual sales targets in the customs clearance and logistics sector.
Solution Selling:
Understand customer needs related to logistics and customs clearance. Offer solutions that ensure efficient and compliant import/export processes.
Market Awareness:
Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and competitors, ensuring you are equipped to deliver relevant insights to clients.
Team Collaboration:
Partner with internal operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth processing of shipments and address client concerns.
Sales Reporting:
Track sales activities, generate forecasts, and update management on performance and market developments.

Skills

Qualifications:

Up to 3 years of sales experience, in logistics, customs clearance, or supply chain.
Knowledge of customs regulations, import/export documentation, and logistics processes.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Goal-oriented with a proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently and within a team.
Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications:

Degree in Business, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field.
Additional languages are a plus.
Experience in freight forwarding or international shipping is an advantage.
