PQ and TECHNICAL PROPOSAL MANAGER
Job Description
We are seeking a Tender PQ and TECHNICAL PROPOSAL Manager to lead the related activities for our Tender Department in Dammam. The ideal candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, quantity surveying commercial management, or related departments with 15 years of experience. Experience in the Middle East regions is required, along with a high level of English proficiency.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage all Tender PQ and TECHNICAL PROPOSAL Preparations related to infrastructure and transportation tenders.
• Ensure tender deadlines, and specifications are strictly followed.
• Coordinate with estimation, operations, and another department, together with our partners,
• Use all necessary professional software tools to enhance efficiency.
• Coordinate with all the Employers to identify and solve problems quickly,
• Supervise and prepare all matters related to PQ and TECHNICAL PROPOSAL preparation,
• Serve as a leader, guiding the team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Skills
Qualifications & Skills
• degree in civil engineering, quantity surveying or commercial management or related departments • 15+ years of experience in infrastructure and transportation projects.
• 7+ years of experience in infrastructure and transportation project tenders.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• At least 5 years of experience in the Middle East regions.
• Proficient in MS Office, and other necessary professional programs.
• Expertise in PQ preparation,
• Possesses analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Team-oriented, with strong communication and representation skills.
