Senior Finance Manager

Our client is a market-leading consumer goods business with a strong portfolio of brands and a culture that stands out in the industry. With a proven track record of growth, they are positioned for continued success into 2025. This role is an initial 6-month contract with the possibility of extension or transitioning into a permanent role.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee and manage the full financial reporting cycle, including monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
• Lead the preparation of financial statements, detailed reports, and presentations for management, the board of directors, and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulations and accuracy in performance reporting.
• Review and assess tax calculations, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and business requirements.
• Manage the relationship with external auditors, facilitating smooth audit processes and ensuring timely completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide strategic financial advice and support on ad-hoc projects.
• Provide insightful analysis to guide senior stakeholders in strategic decision-making.

Who You Are:

• Proven experience leading a finance team.
• CA or CPA qualification.
• Strong background in FMCG, Pharmaceutical, or other product-based industries.
• Experience with SAP is preferred.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
