What You ll Do
- Management of field teams and customer orders
- Oversee all installations in your designated region
- Dispatch and schedule installations in a timely manner
- Provide deliverables to RCN Technologies and customers after each installation
- Conducting Cellular Installations and Site Surveys
- Determine the ideal location for equipment installation
- Conduct cost analysis for future installations
- Read the cellular network to determine antenna type, cellular carrier and expectations after the installation.
- Trace POTS lines from DMARC to analog device
- Being able to present findings to customer and sales representatives for future installations
- Understand basic RF theory

- Being able to provide installation services on building that may require a ladder
- Being able to provide installation service on vehicles
- Understand basic RF theory for troubleshooting
- Knowing how to balance multiple installations and scheduling
- Able to drive for up to 8 hours at a time

Education & Experience
- 1-2 years telecom field service experience preferred (bonus points for: copper POTS line/telecom installs, fire alarms and security systems installs, aftermarket vehicle electronics installs, satellite dishes and/or interior or exterior building installs, network cabling or AV installing)
- Proven track record as a strong, effective communicator
- 1 year in project management.
- Knowledge of Wireless Technology, Networking, and Telecommunications preferred
- Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or relevant field preferred
- Radio Frequency Experience
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite and Zoho Software

Success Criteria for this Position
- After training, showing the ability to conduct an installation without revisiting an installation site once complete
- Ability to schedule and complete installations within 21 days
- Ability to minimize the time on-site while completing an installation properly
- Ability to communicate the process of an installation to a customer and answer any questions they may have
- Ability to continue education to understand and be certified to install new products as they arrive
- Finishing a W2005 Installation in under 2 hours
- Tracing POTS lines in under 1 hour
- Installation of 4 POTS Replacement Kits per day.

What You ll Do Field Service Coordinators will provide expert level management over the installation and services of 5G/LTE enablement devices for small businesses or enterprise-level customers. As a coordinator, you will be delivering the highest caliber of customer service while providing on-site recommendations and services. Customers will rely on you to make the decision on how to execute and install professionally and perfectly. You will be required to provide your own vehicle and will be reimbursed for mileage. your vehicle will need to be able to transport tools and at least a 20′ ladder. You will be expected to do work as a Field Service Technician until the Field Service Technician roles are fulfilled in the region.
