Floor Supervisor – for Muslims only

Educational qualifications: High school degree or equivalent. Training courses or certifications in hotel management or hospitality are an added advantage.

Management Skills: Ability to manage and organize floor operations, including supervising work teams and ensuring quality standards are met.

Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff, and address inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.

Attention to detail: ensuring the cleanliness and quality of the floor rooms and providing a comfortable experience for guests.

Organization skills: Ability to organize and coordinate crew tasks and ensure smooth workflow.
